Hello Dan,
It's been since August of last year when you inspected our
home, and I'm only now finally getting around to letting you
know that you had done a real spot-on job. Not only predicting
the issues/items we'll encounter, but the general costs as
well, since we've spent the last 6 months upgrading everything!
In addition to the official inspection, you gave us great pre-cursor
of work for our fixer-upper in Winchester. I've recommended
you to a couple of people since then and will continue to whenever

were 200% up-standing, up-front, ethical and honest, and your
reports were extremely detailed and accurate---very well worth
